Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 16 oz light sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 oz can diced jalapenos or 2 fresh jalapenos, chopped
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
  1. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts
  2. Chop the jalapenos if using fresh or drain if using canned
  3. Drain thawed spinach
  4. Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream and Parmesan cheese into pan on medium heat
  5. Heat until mixture starts to bubble
  6. Stir in chopped artichoke hearts
  7. Stir in chopped jalapenos
  8. Stir in spinach
  9. Mince garlic
  10. Stir in garlic
  11. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita chips, bread or crackers
