Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  • 2 quarts tomato juice
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 32 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups precooked roast beef
Instructions
  1. Add tomato juice and seasonings to large saucepan
  2. Bring to a rolling boil
  3. Turn heat down to medium
  4. Peel and chop potatoes, add to soup
  5. Steam vegetables for 15 min, add to soup
  6. Turn heat to low
  7. Add roast beef
  8. Heat on low for 3-5 hours, stirring occasionally
