Berry Cobbler

Ingredients
  • 4 cups berries (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries -- whatever you want)
  • 1½ cups sugar, divided
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup milk
Instructions
  1. Mix the berries and ½ cup sugar
  2. Set mixture aside
  3. Melt butter in a 9x13 dish while preheating oven to 325 degrees
  4. Combine remaining sugar with flour, baking powder, salt and milk
  5. Mix until lumps are gone
  6. Once butter is melted, pour batter over butter in dish
  7. Spoon the fruit mixture on top
  8. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes
