Honey Garlic Rolls

Ingredients
  • 2-2½ cups flour
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 1 package yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 Tbs butter, melted
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • For Sauce:
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 1 Tbs butter, melted
  • ⅛ tsp garlic salt
Instructions
  1. In mixer bowl, combine 1½ cup flour, sugar, yeast, and salt
  2. Add warm water and 2 Tbs melted butter
  3. Beat well of medium speed for 3 minutes
  4. Mix in cheese and enough remaining flour to form soft ball of dough
  5. Add in flour until dough becomes less sticky
  6. Knead dough on floured board for 4 minutes or until smooth and elastic
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes or until doubled in size
  8. Divide dough into 13 pieces, form into balls and pinch underneath
  9. Grease round baking dish
  10. Place rolls in baking dish, let rise for 10 minutes or until edges of rolls touch each other
  11. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  12. Bake rolls for 12-14 minutes, until tops are golden
  13. Mix together honey, butter and garlic salt to make sauce
  14. Drizzle sauce on rolls after they come out of the oven
