Currently {Vol. 15}

I haven’t wrote a Currently post since October! There is so much to catch you all up on!

Here’s what’s going on currently …

Thinking about: Everything that needs to get done. Travis is moving back to America (FINALLY!) in about one week, and then we only have a couple days before we move to Missouri. That means there is a ton of stuff to get done! We are hoping to rent out the home we bought this year, so I’ve been meeting potential renters, cleaning the house, and preparing to pack. My whole mind consists of several to-do lists!

Reading: Travis and I recently finished The Hiding Place by Corrie Ten Boom. We read it together. I love when we read books together! I’ve been so busy lately, I haven’t had time to read. But I’m hoping to start the book Girl Meets Change soon.

Praying about: For wisdom in choosing renters. For smooth transitions as we move. For finding  house in Missouri. For finding a church and a community to get involved in.

Listening to: Travis and I share a Spotify account and we’ve made lots of fun playlists for us to enjoy. I really like listening to our worship playlist. I also tend to really like to listen to Alanna Story during the winter months for some reason.

Watching: I watch the Today Show in the morning, The Middle in the afternoon, and Scorpion in the evenings. I love watching Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, and Chicago Med.

Eating/Drinking: I’m trying to eat healthier — who isn’t this time of year? Veggies, fruit, and the occasional milkshake — what? You need dairy! 🙂

Working on: I’ve been working as a virtual assistant with Singing Through the Rain LLC for the past few months. I create images, schedule social media, and edit blog posts. I really enjoy it! And right now, we are accepting new clients so go check out our services!

Learning: In my new job, I’ve been learning lots about the behind the scenes of blogging. Of course, I knew a lot thanks to my own blog, but now I get to learn even more. I’ve also been learning about becoming a landlord since this will be our first time trying it out!
