Pregnancy Bump Photos for Baby #2

August 6, 2019 by Tiffany

Welcome to Seeing Sunshine! I'm so glad you've stopped by! Make sure you never miss a post by subscribing via email. This post may contain affiliate links, so be sure to view my disclosure policy.

Last time, I made sure to take a pregnancy bump photo every single week. I loved seeing the slight changes turn into big changes. This time, I did a pregnancy bump photo every other week. Sorry, second kid! Ha! By doing them every other week, the changes are a little more evident.

Check out these pregnancy bump photos that we taken every other week.

Unfortunately, at the beginning of my pregnancy I was still trying to find the right spot to take these photos. By week 10, I had found it. But I wish I had started there from the beginning. Check out my baby belly!

Some of the differences I saw in this pregnancy compared to Raylee’s was that this baby was a lot lower sooner. She was so low that it hurt my pelvis, like a lot. I wasn’t even able to sleep on my side most of the time because it felt like my pelvis was being crushed. I had way less back pain this time around, which was such a blessing. I still had the sharp pains shooting through my thighs at the end of this pregnancy, but not nearly as often as I had them with my first.

Overall, I feel like I gained less weight in my entire body the second time around, and was mostly belly. That was nice! I had swelling this time around, and I think it was because of the heat. I also got more stretch marks this time, which surprised me. I figured my belly was used to the stretching and it wouldn’t be as bad. I didn’t really have too terribly many the first time, but this time I got them much more on my belly, especially the side where Ruthi liked to lay. Those are just some of the fun facts of this pregnancy!

Check out my bump photos from Raylee’s pregnancy. I did them every single week!

I can’t wait to share Ruthi’s birth story on the blog soon!
