6 Amazon Household Finds We Love

October 8, 2019 by Tiffany

Welcome to Seeing Sunshine! I'm so glad you've stopped by! Make sure you never miss a post by subscribing via email. This post may contain affiliate links, so be sure to view my disclosure policy.

I know everyone is worried about all the malls closing down all over the world thanks to online shopping, but I got to say I do love me some online shopping. Amazon may be taking over the world, and I may be OK with it. I can buy almost anything I could ever want with the click of a button and it will be delivered to my house in two days — sometimes one! How could I not love that? I’m so thankful we got Amazon Prime and got these Amazon finds!

I was recently thinking about some of my favorite things I’ve bought from Amazon. I love reading posts about great products or hearing recommendations from friends, so I thought I’d share with you some of our favorite things that we have bought off of Amazon this year — our Amazon finds. These are random household items that we got and now can’t imagine living without. Maybe you’ll find something you “need!” šŸ™‚

Check out these six amazon finds for our household that we love!

6Ā Amazon Finds We Bought and Love

This Divided Laundry HamperĀ

I don’t wash clothes like I was taught — separating darks and lights and reds. Instead, I separate based on how I’m going to put them away. So we wash all our hanging up clothes together, all our drawer clothes together, then socks/undies/bras are together. Raylee and Ruthi’s clothes are washed together using a different detergent. Then there’s towels and bedding. It was annoying trying to separate it all before washing. Now, using this hamper — we can separate as we go. Each section is for a certain type of clothes and it makes it so easy to wash them all together. I love that each section can come off so I can just carry it to the washing machine. The cart is also on wheels so it’s easy to move around the room if I need to.

This Fast Heating Kettle

Travis became obsessed with coffee this year. He wanted to create the best coffee drinks possible, so he bought this kettle to help him make pour overs. You fill it with water, turn it on, and set it to whatever temperature you want. It takes just minutes to heat up. There’s also a hold button so you can keep it at that temperature while you do other things. Travis uses this for coffee, I use it for tea, and I’ve even used it to get boiling water faster when making pasta! Our stove wasn’t working fast enough, so I whipped out this kettle and got boiling water right away!

This Clock that Projects the Time onto the Ceiling

Who else wakes up a lot in the middle of the night? Every time I wake up, I want to know what time it is. But I don’t want to look at my phone, and I also don’t even want to have to turn my head and look at a clock. I don’t want to wake up any more than I have to. This clock shines the time onto your wall or ceiling so you can open your eyes, see the time, and go right back to sleep without moving at all! The second thing I love about it is that it has a built in phone charger plug. My phone charger cord barely reached to my nightstand, but now it’s right there connected to the clock.

This Classy Duffle Bag

You may have readĀ about this bag in my Hospital Packing List the Second Time Around post, but it needs to be said again — I love this bag! I bought it to take to the hospital with us for the birth of our daughter. But we have used it for every trip since then. It’s the perfect size to fit everything we need for a weekend. It’s durable and a classy style. There’s also a lifetime money-back satisfaction guarantee, which I won’t be needing because I am satisfied!

This Back and Neck Massager

I know there are tons of these on the market — all different kinds. But I tried this out at my sister-in-law’s house and fell in love. I bought one the next week! My back and neck have been killing me with constantly nursing a baby and rocking a baby and carrying a million things for the toddler and baby. Ever since I bought this, I’ve been using it every single night and it’s like a mini spa day! It’s not too aggressive or too soft, and I love that it heats up if you want. It even came with a cord so you can plug it in and use it in the car!

This Shower Mirror

Travis was needing to shave and trim his facial hair, but he hated doing it because hair got all over our bathroom. It was a mess and neither one of us wanted to clean it up. Enter the shower mirror … now Travis can shave or trim right in the shower! This mirror suctions to the shower wall and doesn’t fog up. It even has a spot that holds your razor. Genius!

Those are just some of the random household items we found on Amazon this year, bought, and fell in love with. Would you like any of these items? What’sĀ one of your favorite Amazon finds?

Did you like this post? Would you like me to write one like this on toddler or baby items? Let me know in the comments!
