Zucchini Crisps
I thought this recipe sounded good. It would be a nice addition to our lunch one day. I made the zucchini crisps, and it wasn't really what I expected. I thought they would be more crunchy. I've sorta been on a health kick lately. I say sorta because I also still like my ice cream. I can't help it. We're supposed to have dairy in our diet anyways, right?
