Some friends of ours are in the process of adopting five little people. All of the kids are moved in and the overwhelming transition period has begun. Comfort food. That's what this recipe is all about. Travis loves cheesy potatoes, so he loves when I make this hash brown casserole. And so do I! I found this recipe on Nancy Creative.
