My mom made this when I lived at home a lot, and we all loved it. This is the first time I made it for my own family, and thankfully it turned out just like mama's! This casserole is delicious! Comfort food. That's what this recipe is all about. Travis loves cheesy potatoes, so he loves when I make this hash brown casserole. And so do I! I found this recipe on Nancy Creative.
