I can hardly believe that another year is about to begin. This past year went really quickly in my eyes, but it seems like they always do. For the last five years or so, I have chosen a word (or once two words!) to represent the upcoming year. New Year Memory Jar
Are you looking for a new tradition to start this year? Last year was our first time trying out this tradition and we plan to do it every year from here on out! Throughout the year, we write down our good memories on a slip of paper. We fold those papers up and put them inside our memory jar. On New Year's Eve (or close to it), we pull out each slip of paper and relive all the good memories. We really enjoyed looking through all the memories, especially seeing the ones we had already forgotten about.
