One of my new favorite foods is queso! I love going to Mexican restaurants now, specifically for their chips and queso. I wanted to be able to make this delicious dip at home, and now I can. I made some potato soup last week, and it turned out horrible. I threw all of it out, and I was so disappointed. So I made a second attempt at soup, but a different kind. Zucchini Chicken Casserole
My mom made this when I lived at home a lot, and we all loved it. This is the first time I made it for my own family, and thankfully it turned out just like mama's! This casserole is delicious!
