Last time, I made sure to take a pregnancy bump photo every single week. I loved seeing the slight changes turn into big changes. This time, I did a pregnancy bump photo every other week. Sorry, second kid! Ha! By doing them every other week, the changes are a little more evident. Unfortunately, at the beginning of my pregnancy I was still trying to find the right spot to take these photos. By week 10, I had found it. But I wish I had started there from the beginning. Check out my baby belly! Pregnancy Bump Photos Bi-Weekly Some of the differences I saw in this pregnancy compared Continue Reading
Raylee’s First Birthday — Baby Update
My little spunky chick just turned one! Can you believe it? I am so glad that each month I remembered to take a photo and include all the milestones she hit. Gosh, they change so much so fast! If you want to see photos from her first six months of life -- check out this post. I used blankets that we received from people for each photo. Thank you to everyone who gave us a beautiful blanket, especially to those of you who made one! On the evening she turned seven months, Raylee started crawling! She had already been scooting like crazy and getting into a crawling position, but she finally Continue Reading
Weekly Bump Photos
One of the things I was really excited about when becoming pregnant was that I would be able to take weekly bump photos to see how my belly, and baby, were growing. I love seeing other people take these photos, and I couldn't wait to take my own. We got started right away, taking them at week 4. I've been taking them once a week ever since. Today, I'm sharing my bump's progress. Bump Photos Those first three photos are sized differently than the rest. We were just starting out, and I wasn't for sure how I wanted each photo to look. But by week 7, I had it down. I love seeing the different Continue Reading

A Book of Letters and Family
(This post contains affiliate links. Thanks for supporting my blog!) Need a gift idea for a little someone? Perhaps a son or daughter or niece or nephew? Maybe a grandchild or godson? Every year, my two nephews get loads and loads of toys from family at Christmas. I don't know how their parents get all their gifts back to their houses. And the boys already have so many toys at home. So this year, I wanted to do something different. Both boys are 4 years old. They are learning their letters, and before we know it they will be able to start spelling and reading. This year, we decided to Continue Reading

But, I had to include our favorite one so I just blurred out our last name. Continue Reading
Winter Encouragement
Winter can be rough. Cold. Wind. Snow. Ice. Dreary days. Cloudy days. Days without any sunshine. The weather alone can be discouraging. It's much easier to become negative during the winter months. Any of you feeling that way? I know I get down sometimes during these bitterly cold months. To offset that :( feeling, I've created this post with several uplifting photos to remind you that winter ends. Sunshine is on its way! I hope you are uplifted and encouraged through these photos. Proposal Story: How He Popped the Question While the rest of you were out shopping your tail bones off and snatching up awesome deals on Black Friday, I was at work.
