I struggle with sides. Side dishes that is. I can come up with an entree for supper, but I have a hard time figuring out what to make with it. Hash Brown Casserole
Comfort food. That's what this recipe is all about. Travis loves cheesy potatoes, so he loves when I make this hash brown casserole. And so do I! I found this recipe on Nancy Creative. The problem was, and I have this problem with most recipes, it was a recipe for a whole family. A family of four or five people plus leftovers.
