One of my favorite meals that my mom would make when I lived at home was roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy. Whenever she made that meal you knew two things: we would all sit at the table as a family and we would probably have vegetable soup for supper the next day. Baked Zucchini Fries
I've sorta been on a health kick lately. I say sorta because I also still like my ice cream. I can't help it. We're supposed to have dairy in our diet anyways, right? So while I haven't stopped eating ice cream, I have tried to start eating more vegetables. Lately, we've had green beans, asparagus, broccoli and now zucchini. Italian Garlic Green Beans
I struggle with sides. Side dishes that is. I can come up with an entree for supper, but I have a hard time figuring out what to make with it.
