Just in time for Travis' birthday, his sister and nephew -- Casey and Carter -- came to visit! They were able to find cheap flights to Orlando, so we headed south to meet them. Since we were already in Orlando, we all went to Sea World! It was so nice watching Travis get to spend quality time with Carter. They had lots of time to bond, and it was precious. Things to Do at Disney World
As an early birthday present, Travis surprised me with a trip to Disney World! We were both so excited to visit the most magical place on earth. We left Thursday night and spent the night in a hotel. Friday was all about Magic Kingdom. Saturday, we spent half the day in Animal Kingdom and the rest of the evening in Magic Kingdom finishing up the things we hadn't got to do the day before. Sunday, we went to Hollywood Studios, and Monday we were at Epcot before heading home. It was a fun-packed four-day weekend that left us exhausted, but so happy. When the World is Dragging You Down
Have you ever felt the storm clouds encompassing you? Have you ever felt overpowered by the world's devastation? Like you are being dragged down? There was one night recently where the world's evil and life's tragedies were overwhelming to me.
